I've been supporting organisations of all shapes and sizes across public and private sectors for over a decade. Here are just a few of the ways I have and continue to provide expert consultancy support, and some of the feedback I get.

 

A fair bit of the work I do is under NDA (or as a secret resource in a wider agency) so I haven't included logos, but I do work for a global healthcare plc, a national utilities company as well as ad hoc projects for smaller organisations.

 

I spent nearly a decade in Government comms so am well-tuned to the way the public sector world works, warts and all!

Employer Brand and EVP

As well as my own tried-and-tested employer brand framework, The BFG Talent Magnet, I work with organisations to develop their employer brand narrative, create content to activate their new brand and voice and train them up on how to change the way they communicate with employees and future employees.
